The room was not ideal. There were marks on the walls. This is unacceptable. My view was also terrible. I looked directly at traffic. I expected a city view at this price point.

The room included a pod coffee machine. The ceiling to floor windows gave a nice view from the high floor I stayed on. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom included a rainwater shower head with good water pressure.
The hotel parking garage contains a very steep ramp.

The location IS GREAT. It is close to MANY restaurant options. The hotel provided refillable water bottles. A water fountain was also available in reception.
The parking garage has a steep ramp. It was difficult to see oncoming vehicles. I paid for the privilege to keep my rental car safe. The electrical sockets near the bed were only USB-a outlets.

the staff were helpful when i checked in and out, so that was appreciated.
the room smelled of dampness. i was told it was due to the proximity to the rainforest, but that explanation is insufficient. air conditioning seemed necessary at all times to reduce this smell, it did not completely eliminate it.
